How to Author a PDF from Scratch in 4 Steps
Launch Create PDF Mode
Navigate to Create PDF in Papr and click "Start with Blank Page". A crisp white canvas initialized at standard 300 DPI equivalent scale will open immediately.
Type Headings & Paragraph Content
Click anywhere on the blank sheet to place a text box. Type your title, memo text, or billing line items. Adjust font size, text alignment, and colors in the right-hand properties sidebar.
Add Dividers, Photos, and Signatures
Use the top toolbar to insert horizontal dividers, image stamps (like company logos or receipts), and draw your handwritten signature directly onto the page.
Add Multiple Pages & Export
Need a second or third sheet? Click "Add Blank Page" in the thumbnail bar. When finished, click Export to compile and download your publication-ready PDF.
Can I combine both blank pages and uploaded image pages in the same PDF?
Yes! In Create mode, you can upload image sets (like scanned receipts or photo attachments) and add blank pages between or after them for typed commentary and executive summaries.
